As a fellow student who also passionate in participating in Imagine Cup I found all of these problems also impacting our team. Meanwhile our experience is a bit different from yours. I was thinking of publishing my experience regarding Imagine Cup in Indonesia in a few days. So I hope we can exchange experiences from it.
